regular cooking

usually in kerala, in konkani family,we make "paeja"(we can also called KANJI).this is very good for health. Usually it made with red kerala rice.Along with this we make different kinds of curry which is called "UMMANA"in konkani. Our normal konkani lunch will consist of paeja,ummana, thiksani ummana pappad and jeera water.

Along with this we also make thiksani ummana .this is quite hot curry which will be served in a small quantity.
